Invitation

Hello! My name is Tania. I invite you to individual coaching.

I work with people who already carry responsibility — in expert roles, leadership positions, or independent work — and who are navigating a period of professional change or reorientation.

This may include a change in role or level of responsibility, geography or work formats, transition to self-employment, or returning to oneself after a period of overload or burnout.

These are usually people who are already active and capable, yet, at some point, notice that clarity, inner support, or a sense of direction no longer holds in the same way.

In my work, I help make the underlying logic of the situation visible, clarify what is important right now, and identify meaningful points of choice when familiar ways of deciding no longer work. My role is to help regain a sense of direction and facilitate your thinking, without taking over responsibility for the decisions themselves.

Coaching in this context is a co-created space where you can look at the situation as a whole and plan your next steps without pressure or rush.

I opened my coaching practice in September 2024, and as of December 2025 have worked with over 40 clients for more than 100 hours of individual coaching.

How I work

Coaching is at the heart of my work.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling. I do not work with acute crises and do not provide ready-made solutions.

I create a confidential and safe space, free from pressure and judgement, where you can explore your situation, formulate solutions and take responsibility for the next steps.

Regularity, commitment and adherence to agreements are part of our shared responsibility in this process.

In certain situations, if appropriate and agreed upon, I may use elements of mentoring — sharing observations based on my personal professional experience.

The transition to mentoring mode is always discussed separately and does not replace coaching work.
